These are nasty...

more of that deep cyst in the center of the ovary.

 You can see here how it formed a bit of a pocket in the middle of the ovary.

Don't get sick here...

This is a top view of the cyst. Ovaries are supposed to be oval not pita bread shaped! I'm told it will heal closed nicely.
In the video of the second surgery, you can see that it did heal in it's normal shape.
The yellow area is where endometrial tissue has been burnt off with a lasser (the red dot.)
